How many days is my rental for?

Rentals are for one day / one event unless a prior written agreement has been made by Polished Image, LLC.

How far in advance should I reserve my items?

We recommend securing your items as soon as possible.  No items are guaranteed to be available until both deposit AND rental agreement have been received by Polished Image, LLC.

Is delivery and pick-up service available?

We offer delivery and pick-up within a 50 mile radius of Louisville, KY for a flat fee of $75.00.  This service for locations exceeding the 50-mile radius will be calculated by mileage.  Scheduling is on a first come / first served basis so be sure to reserve your items as soon as possible! 

What if I don't want delivery and pick-up service?

No problem!  We have flexible weekday hours to accommodate those wanting to pick-up and return their rental items.

Do you offer a military discount?

Absolutely!  We are honored to offer a 5% discount to our active military men and women.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes!  We are happy to schedule an appointment to meet at our showroom located in La Grange, KY.

How do I reserve my items?

We require 50% down at the time of reservation as well as a signed rental agreement.  Payments can be made by cash, check or Visa / Mastercard...but we do require a card on file for damages / losses.  The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to 14 days before the event.  We reserve the right to cancel any event that has not been paid in full prior to 14 days before the event.  No refunds of deposits or payments made shall be issued due to cancellation for non-payment.

What is your refund policy?

In the event of cancellations, we require a written notification at least 31 days prior to your event date to receive a full refund.  No refunds are given within 30 days of your event.

What do I need to do when the event is over?

Please rinse off debris from dishes and shake off all debris from linens.  Place all items in containers provided at pick-up / delivery.  If using our pick-up service, please place all items in one area for pick-up unless other arrangements have been made with Polished Image prior to your event.  Please set aside any linens that need special treatment.

What happens if items are lost or damaged?

We understand that accidents happen (we've seen it all!)!  We will make every effort to remove stains / repair damaged items.  In the event that items must be replaced, you will be responsible for that replacement cost as outlined in the rental agreement.
